A terrarium is a miniature landscape with living plants, moss, rocks and
other features within a contained environment such as a jar. Since it is a closed environment and creates its own ecosystem, a terrarium is perfect for someone who often travels or doesn’t have time to attend to plants daily.

There are two kinds of terrariums, open vessels (for succulents and cacti) and closed containers for humidity-loving plants(moss).
